So i wanna try and make my own ware bats but sure on which masonite/MDF/chip board i should use or which thickness i should use. Anyone made their own and what they used.

I'd use either half or three quarter inch thick. Masonite or mdf would be my choice as they'll have a chance of lasting a while. Chipboard/particle board will come apart fast unless it has the laminate on it.
