Making your own drape molds is a fun and rewarding project. I make these in all shapes and sizes and use them for hand building plates, bowls, and platters.

Materials:
Pottery Wheel
2-3 lbs of clay (I am using Laguna bmix5 without grog)
Medium red mud tool rib and Wooden rib
Wooden clay knife
Dolan Clay Knife
Cutting wire
Needle Tool
Trimming tool
Bucket for Water
Bat for pottery wheel (optional)
A kiln or access to one
