Scalloped Rim Plate

Scalloped Rim Plate

Learn how to make your own handbuilt plate from a clay slab. This class is great for beginners or for those that just want to make their own plates. One of the things I love about making plates this way is that you can make as many as you want, they will all be the exact same shape and size. This makes them perfect for making dinnerware sets. This plate shape is also fabulous as a starting point for many of my surface decoration classes and as a glaze and/or underglaze test plate.
