Dinner Tray
Learn how to make your very own segmented Dinner Tray. This hand building class was inspired by the metal trays I used in the military Chow/Mess hall!
Materials:
5lb Clay, I am using Laguna Bmix5
GR Pottery Forms in the Following Sizes: (1)5x10, ( )4x5, ( )5x5
Ware board or slab mat to work on
Dolan 220s Clay Knife
Soft Ribs, I am using a Sherril #3 Yellow and #1 Red Rib
¼” thick strip of wood
½” dowel
Sponge
Bucket of water
Brushes, I am using Mayco #8 fan brush and a medium sized Sumi brush
Palette
Kiln, your own or access to one
